You feel that Sovereign did not evaluate your situation for foreclosure prevention alternatives or
You feel that Sovereign didn't comply with investors' policies for borrower outreach, evaluation or response.
If you contact us regarding the above, you can expect to receive an acknowledgment of your inquiry within three business days of our receipt of your inquiry. Sovereign Bank representatives will conduct a review of the concerns you present in an attempt to resolve the issue, and commit to respond to you generally within fifteen days of receipt of your inquiry. There may be rare instances where additional research is necessary; however, our goal is to resolve and respond to all cases within thirty days.
If your foreclosure process began in 2011, and if you have had, or are currently experiencing any other types of issues with the modification or foreclosure of your loan, please contact us and we will promptly research the matter and also respond to you, generally within fifteen days of receipt of your inquiry.
