Based on widespread adoption and success of paperless check processing, Sovereign is changing the way checks are returned to customers in their monthly statements. All corporate customers will now receive images of their cancelled checks instead of paper versions of the original check.
Checks will be displayed with
6 front-and-back images per page, and some customers with higher check volumes will begin receiving all of their check images on
CD-ROM to help reduce the amount of paper they receive, enhance their ability to easily search for cleared items, and streamline the archiving of account activity.
Customers will also be able to view or print copies of their cancelled checks through
IRIS.
